In 2022, I spearheaded the redesign of the Elevate app’s social media channels. In order to maximize our social media presence as a form of organic marketing, we needed to grow our following and increase our engagement metrics. After an initial month of rapid experimentation, we landed on focusing on these vectors:

1. Posting more original puzzles, which was the kind of content that our followers engaged with most in terms of leaving comments

2. Sharing educational and inspirational content to promote our mission of empowering people to improve their reading, writing, and math skills

3. Incorporating humor and current events to capitalize on trending topics and increase our virality
